Within Australia

Studio Elwood uses professional couriers for all our shipping and includes insurance so as to protect from any damage caused during transit. This way your artwork is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping within Australia is calculated based on a Flat Rate determined by the weight of your order. We aim to minimise shipping costs where possible however given the nature of our product our aim is to ensure your new artwork arrives in the condition expected. Studio Elwood therefore ensures all our products are securely packaged for transportation across the country.

Delivery times varies between 2-10 business days (from dispatch) depending upon your location in Australia.

Please note we also provide insurance cover should your purchase be damaged during delivery and where it is the delivery company’s fault.

International

Studio Elwood ships “Print Only” orders all around the world. Note, no “Framed” or "Stretched" variations for overseas orders. Where the Cart includes a Framed or Stretched variant of our artwork you will receive an error message - "Shipping not available". If you receive this message, please adjust your cart to include "Print Only" variants. We will provide the best method for framing your new artwork as part of your order, and you can have your local framer meet these specifications.

All our international orders are shipped via our professional international courier service. Please refer to the checkout screen once you have input your address details for cost associated with shipping to your country. Note also all shipping cost includes insurance for damage or lost delivery.

Delivery time for International shipping is approximately 2-3 weeks (from dispatch).
