Within Australia

Shipping within Australia is calculated based on the shipping address provided by you at checkout. We aim to minimise shipping costs where possible however given the nature of our product our aim is to ensure your new artwork arrives in the condition expected. Studio Elwood therefore ensures all our products are securely packaged for transportation across the country.

Studio Elwood uses professional couriers for all our shipping and shipping costs are based on standard rates and delivery times.

Delivery varies between 2-10 business days depending upon your location in Australia.

Please note we also provide insurance cover should your purchase be damaged during delivery and where it is the delivery company’s fault.

Overseas Shipping

Studio Elwood ships “Print Only” orders all around the world. Note, no “Framed” variations for overseas orders.

All our international orders are shipped via our professional international courier service. Please refer to the checkout screen once you have input your address details for cost associated with shipping to your country. Note also all shipping cost includes insurance for damage or lost delivery.

Delivery time for International shipping is approximately 2-3 weeks.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

We know you will love your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes things do not work out as planned. If you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange or request a full refund less any shipping charges.

Please contact us prior to returning your item.

Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item was received.

Returned shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

The returns process can take up to a week. In the case of loss or damaged goods, replacement or refund will be offered according to cirsumstances.
