Using geometric shapes purposefully placed on the picture plane, artist Tory Burke experiments with a soft pascal colour palette.
She layers lux oil paint from thin to thick creating subtle textures with brush strokes, palette knife and pattern creating interest with a calm and restful tone.
This artwork hangs beautifully with its sister painting, Pascal Blush 2. Tory works flat, on a table so there is no defined orientation, and therefore the artwork can be hung landscape or portrait depending on your space requirements.
